Mental Fitness Foundations | An 8-Week Mental Fitness Program for Leaders

Leadership today requires more than expertise and effort. It requires the ability to think clearly under pressure, regulate stress and lead effectively through complexity.

Mental Fitness Foundations is an eight-week leadership development program designed to strengthen the mental fitness that underpins effective leadership, resilient teams and thriving workplace cultures.

Drawing on the Positive Intelligence mental fitness framework, leadership psychology and evidence-based wellbeing science, participants learn practical tools to interrupt reactive thinking, strengthen focus and lead with greater clarity and intention.
